People who have experienced Sleep paralysis..

"I was still awake I felt. But dosing off. I felt my boyfriend come lay down in bed like bed was sinking and rubed my toe on his leg and looked over but he wasn't there. Thought it was a dream then minutes later can't move and feet floating. Like my body's trying to float but somethings holding my torso I panic and have tingles and keep my eyes closed cause I'm so scared not cold. It goes but then soon comes again. Still can't move but bed sinks on the right of me like my cat jumped up and walked across the bed to the left of me but she was not there.
