What is sleep paralysis?

A Sleep Paralysis could be hereditary disorder which one person experiences shocking seconds or could be minutes of total body paralysis with so little respiration and eye movements. A person that is in this is experiencing it will feel awake, but cannot move or speak. Also, the common things that you would feel would include feeling choked or suffocated, you might also hear weird noises like footsteps and voices, seeing beings or dark shadows, and feeling like there's someone in the room with you. These symptoms often prove the person to believe in ghost or demons. When a person sleeps, the person's brain sends signals to inhibit any muscle contraction. If the person that experiencing it comes into consciousness before the brain sends signals to access muscle contraction, the person may not be able move his body, and basicly, become paralyzed.
